SIMPLE AND CLEAR.

• Saved app appointments remain on the customer device until the customer deletes them or removes the app
• Appointment reminders are scheduled locally through iOS
• Location is requested only when the customer chooses to check the service area
• iOS location and geocoding services identify the county and ZIP code for the check
• Mosquito Ninja does not receive or store the customer's precise coordinates from the app location check
• The app downloads current public county and ZIP coverage rules and compares the result on the device; if those rules cannot be loaded, the app reports that coverage is not verified
• App quote details and optional property photos remain under the customer’s control until the customer chooses Send in Apple’s Messages or Mail interface; when sent, the message, selected photos and, for email, the sender address are delivered through the customer’s chosen provider to Mosquito Ninja
• The website quote form submits the contact and property details you enter to Mosquito Ninja’s company email inbox at service@njbugninja.com
• The website does not create a separate lead database from quote-form submissions
• The website county and optional ZIP check runs in your browser against public coverage rules; it does not request precise location
• Website preparation checkmarks are temporary and are not submitted to Mosquito Ninja

Website analytics

Mosquito Ninja uses Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic and improve the website. Plausible does not use cookies or persistent identifiers, does not track visitors across websites or devices, and does not collect or store personal data that can be used to identify individual website visitors. Analytics are used for statistical measurement, not advertising or behavioral profiling.

Plausible may measure information such as pages viewed, referral sources, browser and operating-system category, device type, approximate geographic region and site interactions such as quote, call, text and service-area actions. Raw IP addresses are not stored by Plausible. Mosquito Ninja does not intentionally include third-party advertising or marketing pixels in this website build.

Hosting and infrastructure providers may maintain standard server logs for security, reliability, and operation of their services.

Retention, deletion & privacy choices

Appointment information saved in the Mosquito Ninja app stays on the customer’s device and can be removed by deleting the saved appointment or removing the app. Mosquito Ninja does not maintain a server-side appointment account in this build.

Quote requests, messages, property details and photos that a customer chooses to send to Mosquito Ninja may be retained in Mosquito Ninja’s business email or messaging records as reasonably needed to respond to the request, prepare or schedule service, provide customer support, maintain legitimate service or business records, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes, subject to records that must be retained by law or legitimate business requirements.

You may ask Mosquito Ninja to correct or delete personal information that Mosquito Ninja controls by emailing service@njbugninja.com. A request cannot remove information that is still required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or other legitimate recordkeeping obligations, and it does not control copies held independently by a mobile carrier, email provider, Apple, hosting provider or another service you chose to use.
