Before your first visit
Do you treat mosquitoes, ticks and outdoor flies?
Yes. Mosquito Ninja provides South Jersey mosquito control, tick control and targeted outdoor fly control. Share every concern in the quote request so the property can be discussed as a whole.
How does outdoor fly control work?
Outdoor fly service addresses house-fly and nuisance-fly pressure around relevant source, sanitation, resting and activity areas. The property discussion may include trash and recycling areas, pet areas, patios, entrances and other exterior conditions. Source reduction matters, and complete elimination is not promised.
Which parts of New Jersey do you serve?
Current core routes cover Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties. Atlantic, Cumberland and Salem counties are checked for route and scheduling availability. Cape May and Ocean counties are outside the normal service area at this time. Use the South Jersey service-area checker and send the property town or ZIP code for confirmation.
How do I request a quote?
Call or text Mosquito Ninja at 609-313-6317, email service@njbugninja.com, or use the homepage quote form. The website form sends the contact and property details you enter to the company inbox so the property can be reviewed directly.
Who handles the quote and the treatment?
One point of contact handles both. Mosquito Ninja is owner-operated, so the person you discuss the property with is the person doing the work.
What happens on service day?
The property and activity areas are checked first, then service is focused on the habitat, source, sanitation or activity areas relevant to the mosquito, tick or outdoor fly concern. You receive product-specific instructions in writing for returning to treated areas.
When can people and pets use the yard again?
Re-entry depends on the product and application used. Follow the product-specific instructions provided in writing for your visit. Ask about access before treatment if you need to plan around pets, children or guests.
How long does mosquito treatment last?
There is no single duration that applies to every property or treatment. Outdoor mosquito pressure changes with weather, habitat, neighboring properties and the treatment used. The service schedule is discussed for the actual property rather than presented as a universal number of days.
What affects treatment frequency?
Property layout, pest activity, weather, habitat and the treatment used can all affect timing. The recommended interval is discussed for the site after the concern and property conditions are understood.
Do treatments work near wooded areas?
Wooded and shaded edges can be important parts of a mosquito or tick problem. Tick service pays particular attention to wooded transitions, leaf litter and brush, while mosquito service considers shaded vegetation and other resting areas. The relevant parts of the property are discussed before treatment.
What should I do about standing water?
Point out where water collects and remove standing water where practical. Standing-water conditions are part of the property discussion because they can change how the outdoor space should be evaluated.
What about children, pets, pollinators or edible gardens?
Tell Mosquito Ninja about sensitive-use areas before service. Application decisions must follow the actual product label and site conditions, and you receive product-specific written instructions for the visit. Do not rely on a generic waiting-time rule.
What happens if rain or severe weather is expected?
Weather can affect outdoor application decisions and scheduling. If conditions are not suitable for the planned service, timing may need to be adjusted. Any visit-specific guidance is based on the actual application.
Do you guarantee zero mosquitoes, ticks or outdoor flies?
No. Outdoor pest pressure changes with weather, habitat, sanitation or source conditions and neighboring properties. Service is focused on reducing the pest problem in the relevant areas of the property, without a promise of complete elimination.
How often will my property need service?
Timing depends on your property, pest activity and the treatment used. The recommended schedule will be discussed with you when you request a quote.
Do you treat commercial outdoor spaces?
Yes. Commercial and government outdoor pest control can address mosquito, tick and targeted outdoor fly concerns at business, hospitality, municipal and government-managed properties, subject to route and scheduling availability.
What should I include in a commercial quote request?
Include the property type, South Jersey town or ZIP code, pest concern, outdoor areas that need to remain usable, operating or event hours, preferred service window and any gate, maintenance or site-access requirements.
How should I prepare?
See the before-and-after service guide for property access, details to share and a printable checklist. Follow the written product-specific instructions for your visit.
